Electrolytic Capacitor
Aluminum electrolytic capacitors use aluminum as the anode, a liquid electrolyte as the cathode, and aluminum oxide as the dielectric. Their characteristic feature is the formation of microstructures on the surface of aluminum foil through electrochemical processes to increase surface area and thereby achieve high capacitance. They are the most widely used type of capacitor.

Varistors are circuit protection components primarily used to safeguard electronic circuits from disturbances and damage caused by lightning strikes. They are applied across various fields including information technology, telecommunications, automotive electronics, and consumer electronic products.

DLCAP
Compared to conventional secondary batteries, DLCAPs (Double Layer Capacitors) can withstand high current charge and discharge cycles, offering excellent cycle life as energy storage devices. In recent years, there has been increasing focus on energy issues such as reduced oil consumption, decreased power consumption, CO2 reduction, and effective utilization of new energy sources. Research and development on incorporating EDLCs (Electric Double Layer Capacitors) for new applications are actively underway.
In addition, discussions and research on deploying EDLCs in hybrid vehicles and fuel cell vehicles to enhance energy efficiency are accelerating. Japan's Kyocera Group is actively promoting the commercialization of environmentally friendly products aimed at energy savings and low environmental impact, with EDLCs serving as representative products.
EDLCs are available in a wide range of specifications from several hundred Farads to 2300 Farads, providing a broad capacity range to meet customer needs. They find applications in areas such as automotive, energy storage, and electric hand tools, among others. -
Choke Coils
Choke coils, when combined with capacitive components and other devices, can form tuning circuits that amplify or filter specific signal frequencies. They can be used in applications such as power supplies, uninterruptible power systems (UPS), and inverters.

MEMS
MEMS microphones can withstand higher temperatures and tolerate high-frequency noise, making them suitable for placement in highly complex design schemes without concerns about interference and noise issues. Using silicon fabrication processes, MEMS microphones can easily integrate with ASICs (Application-Specific Integrated Circuits), significantly reducing the component's final size. MEMS microphones can achieve extremely small dimensions, aligning with the ongoing trend in consumer electronics towards thinning and miniaturization.

ECM
The Electret Condenser Microphone (ECM) consists of an extremely light diaphragm and a backplate charged with a polarizing voltage. Due to the precision of its internal components, ECMs are highly sensitive to external noise. Therefore, they are encapsulated in a sealed metal casing to prevent foreign particles and other noises from entering. ECMs operate by sound waves entering the microphone, causing the diaphragm to vibrate. This vibration changes the capacitance between the diaphragm and the backplate, creating a voltage difference. This voltage is then converted into analog or digital signals through internal integrated circuits (ICs).

FPCB
Flexible Printed Circuit Boards (FPCBs), commonly known as flex boards or flex circuits, are integrated structures composed of a flexible plastic substrate, copper foil, and adhesive. Single-sided or double-sided FPCBs use copper foil pressed onto PET or PI substrates to form single-sided circuits or utilize PI as a substrate to form circuits on both sides for double-sided flex circuits.
The advantages of flex boards include compact product size, lightweight, flexibility, the ability to conform to spatial constraints and three-dimensional wiring, increased wiring density in systems, and reduced wiring errors. Flex boards find extensive applications in a wide range of fields such as computers and peripherals, communication products, consumer electronics, automotive, and military industries. -
MIC Module
We can collaborate with customers to develop and design customized MEMS microphone modules, aligning with their mechanisms to achieve the best acoustic beamforming, array microphone module for long-distance voice pickup, and voice tracking. It can be applied to products such as consumer electronics (3C products), IoT devices, smart home appliances, AI devices, and other interactive device technologies.
